How to Make a Return

Complete Your Return/Exchange Form: Every order has a packing slip enclosed. On the bottom of your packing slip is a Return/Exchange form. Please complete this form and enclose it with your return.

Pack Your Return: Pack your return (and its original packaging) either in the same cardboard shipping box or in another box and enclose your completed Return/Exchange form.

Ship Your Return: Ship your return back to us using a traceable, insured method, e.g. UPS, FedEx, United States Postal Service (Express Mail or Priority Post with tracking), so we have record of receipt of your return.
