Should you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us at  Please provide your Name, Address, Invoice Number and Reason for Exchange.  You will be provided a Return Authorization (RA) number which must be clearly written on package when it is returned.  You will responsible for return shipping and associated insurance on the package. 

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will exchange, repair or refund as directed.  If an additional amount is owed, we will contact you to arrange payment.  If item(s) returned are deemed not to be in its original condition or altered in any way, we will send back to you and the sale will be final.
